Youth registration will take place at Lehman Catholic on Wednesday, August 21st from 4:45pm - 7:30pm during the Beanie Weenie. The last three years there has been 70+ boys and girls signed up for grades 2 - 6. On this evening, please plan 20 - 25 minutes for filling out registration papers, sizing uniforms, and payment.

It's the perfect time to bring your supplies and pick up other important items so you aren't scrambling to remember everything on the first day of school.

Mark your calendars for our kick-off open house! Although attendance for school families is NOT required, it is HIGHLY recommended and gives your family a head start on completing required start-of-year paperwork that is due by Friday, August 30th. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
MANDATORY MEETING for Lehman Jr. High fall athletes and their families.
All adults who wish to volunteer this year at any school event with minors present, such as a field trip, classroom aid or volunteer, field day, PTO sponsored events, etc., MUST be in compliance with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati's Safe Environment Policy. This includes several steps such as online training, and online background check, and more. All of this can be completed easily online at https://www.aocsafeenvironment.org/. We encourage all parents who think they will want to volunteer at some point to complete these steps now before school starts so that all you have to do during the year is keep up with the training bulletins, which you have 30 days to complete each quarter. If you already have an account, please login and ensure that your account is compliant and that Holy Angels School is listed as one of your locations. A new training bulletin was recently released for those currently registered on SafeParish and must be completed by the end of July.
We will be offering Before and After Care again this school year to our school families. Please note that there have been pricing changes for both before and after care and time/day changes for after care. Please contact us if you have any questions about these changes.
Our Angels in Action PTO will be sponsoring a gently used uniform sale again this summer! This is a great opportunity for new and returning families to stock up on gently used uniforms at prices that can't be beat. The sale will be Thursday, July 25th from 5pm to 6:30pm at Holy Angels School. In the meantime, if you have some gently used uniforms (no stains or holes) that you no longer need or that your children have outgrown, you can bring them to the office for PTO to use in the sale. If you don't find what you are looking for there, our official uniform provider, Education Apparel, will be having their sale at Lehman High School on Friday, July 26th from 12pm to 6pm. Are you in need of transportation for next school year? Families who need bussing for their children may be able to receive bussing or a transportation stipend from the school district they reside in. For more information or to sign your child(ren) up for bussing, please contact the transportation department of the school district you reside in directly.
Download our new app! We are sharing an app with Lehman High School, so families with students at both will just need the one app and can toggle between the two schools. The app is live NOW and all families are encouraged to download the app and become familiar with it You can find it by searching "Lehman Partner Schools" or scanning the QR code. There is no login needed on the app. Once you open the app, Lehman High School will be the initial homepage. To switch to Holy Angels, select MENU then press Holy Angels Catholic School under My Organizations. Then you will switch to Holy Angels' homepage, where you can click enable notifications (highly recommended!), and click the Gear icon for settings, then Default Organization, then you can update the default organization from Lehman Catholic High School to Holy Angels Catholic School. For those that have kids at both, you can toggle in between both schools easily on the same app.
We are also once again using Payschools to manage our student lunch accounts. Please create an account at payschoolscentral.com to set up alerts for when your child has a low or negative lunch balance (see attached instructions). Their Payschools ID number is the same as their Gradelink ID number. Families should also touch base with our Business Manager, Mary Jo Baker, to find out if they qualify for free lunch, particularly new families and families whose situations have changed. For those who do not, lunch is $3.90 per day and a lunch menu is released monthly. Payments can be made online at Payschools' website or via cash or check in the school office.
As a reminder, our summer office hours are Monday through Thursday from 10am to 2pm. Although those are our posted hours, there is usually at least one other person in the office during other daytime hours. If you need to come outside our official hours, just call ahead to make sure someone will be here to assist you.
